COMPLETE SWIMMING POOL EXPERTS
frequently asked questions
Understand that all service companies are not alike. You should protect yourself, your family and your investment by using only a qualified, reliable company that is insured and licensed properly. We have the experience to do the job, and we are completely insured and hold all required home improvement licenses. We also belong to several trade organizations, such as The Association of Pool & Spa Professionals, and The Northeast Pool and Spa Association. Our employees are required to attend yearly educational seminars as well.
Call neighbors and friends, many of them are our current customers, and they can let you know what they think of our company. Then, when you are ready to switch to a more reliable and professional company that treats you like family, you can call us. We are available year round, mid-season or any time.
There are no extras in complete swimming pool service that are not clearly described in our service contracts. We do not do business by signing you up and then coming back and saying “Oh, we forgot to mention…” and start to bill you for extras after the pool season starts. However, you may request, and we may agree, that additional work is needed and to be done. For that, we will quote prices and do work only once you have approved. As mentioned, any pool service company that is professional and honest should be able to quote you all service costs up front including extras and chemicals.
We quote one price for complete swimming pool service for the pool season. This includes pool opening, weekly vacuum service, pool closing and all necessary chemicals to keep your pool maintained in perfect condition. Unfortunately, many pool service companies will quote you what seems like low prices up front, but they can not commit to any cost for chemicals and vacuuming, etc. Any pool service company that tells you they do not know how much chemicals will cost or what your total charges should be is either inexperienced or dishonest with their billing.
Yes. Many pool construction companies want their customers to believe there could be damages to their pool if they switch service providers, but we are qualified to service your pool no matter who built it. You should always be free to choose whatever service company you feel comfortable with, and to have the peace of mind knowing that the service you are receiving is the best possible. Any construction company worth dealing with should honor construction-related warranties, no matter who you choose to service your pool.
